Doctors could work with parenting educators to help address childhood obesity. This article doesn’t consider parenting educators as partners in the fight against childhood obesity, but maybe it should. Do you collaborate with physicians?

Research conducted at Yale indicate that 60% of parents surveyed said parents are responsible for childhood obesity. They also said that unhealthy food environments are partly to blame. Other items of interest reported by parents are a list of obstacles to healthy eating habits and various concerns about media targeting kids.
