Virginia Rodillas graduated from NCSU/UNCG in 2009 with a Master of Science degree in Human Development & Family Studies, concentration Parenting Education. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Family Life Educator certification. During her graduate internship, Virginia gained experience through observing children’s behaviors and rating early childhood environments in the Head Start program. She also interned with Prevent Child Abuse N.C. and assisted with fidelity checks and program evaluations. Virginia works as a Community Outreach Coordinator with the National Alliance on Mental Illness Wake County (NAMI-Wake), and enjoys volunteering in the public school system.
